- I run my shipping through Pirate Ship, which utilizes UPS & USPS for reliable, trackable shipping at the lowest available options!!
- I currently offer domestic & international shipping!!

- Ready-to-ship orders; I try my best to process, package, & ship out premade orders within 24-48hrs!!
- Custom orders; Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks (depending on the size & detail of your order) for your plushie to be made, packaged & shipped out!! I'll keep you updated throughout the process!!

- Orders within the U.S may take 3-7 business days, depending on where you're shipping to!!

- International orders may take 1-4 business weeks, depending on where you're shipping to!!
**Please note: once shipped, delivery speed is at the discretion of the chosen carrier, but I will always provide tracking information & do my best to address any damage or delays with the carrier on your behalf!!

- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location & order weight/size!!
Lost/Delayed/Damaged Packages!!
- Once your package is with the shipping carrier, I'm not responsible for any delays, lost packages or damage during transit!! If by chance you find something goes wrong, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order!! I'd be happy to help where I can or to contact the carrier on your behalf!!
