- I currently offer shipping through UPS & USPS for reliable, trackable shipping!!
- I currently only offer domestic shipping within the U.S ONLY!!

- Ready-to-ship orders; I try my best to process, package, & ship out premade orders within 24-48hrs!!
- Custom orders; Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks (depending on the size & detail of your order) for your plushie to be made, packaged & shipped out!! I'll keep you updated throughout the process!!
ESTIMATED DELIVERY!!
- May take 3-7 business days depending on where you're shipping to; I'm shipping out of NJ!!
**Please note: once shipped, delivery speed is at the hands of the chosen carrier - but I'll always provide a tracking number & do my best to address any damage or delay issues with the carrier on your behalf!!

- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location & order weight/size!!
Lost/Delayed/Damaged Packages!!
- Once your package is with the shipping carrier, I'm not responsible for any delays, lost packages or damage during transit!! If by chance you find something goes wrong, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order!! I'd be happy to help where I can or to contact the carrier on your behalf!!
